Accountant - Financial Reporting

Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements.

Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC and other filings.

Assist with annual audit and quarterly reviews.

Research accounting, consolidation and reporting issues.

Assist in performing research to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Maintain supporting documentation for financial reporting.

Special projects as assigned.

2+ years of relevant industry or public accounting experience.

Knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience with SEC Reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting

CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred or publicly traded entity.
