Seeking a dynamic professional who will be a key part of the Company’s Aerial Patrol team.  This individual will be responsible for tracking and reporting costs associated within our operation, perform a combination of inventory and invoicing duties, as well as assist with many additional responsibilities within our department.

  • Pull and review monthly spend reports seeking to identify trends and patterns throughout the data to find strengths and weaknesses, and communicate these to management

  • Update monthly forecasts for budgeting

  • Assist with initializing, updating, and completing project info in PowerPlan

  • Aircraft parts ordering, receiving, shipping, organizing, and inventory

  • Assist with scheduling outside aircraft maintenance services with vendors

  • Assist with aircraft maintenance paperwork such as our maintenance tracking spreadsheet, timeline calendar, filing of paperwork, closing work orders, and invoice processing

  • Assist in managing daily maintenance schedule to help keep team focused and on priority tasks

  • Assist with organizing maintenance expense reports and review for accuracy before submitting for approval

  • Monitor phone and email communications - first line of communication with our patrol pilots on maintenance needs/issues to minimize interruptions and distractions to the aircraft mechanics

  • Assist with miscellaneous aerial patrol responsibilities such as the patrol schedule, reviewing monthly flight log info for accuracy and allocation of flight times, scheduling/organizing our annual patrol workshop, and maintaining ROW group contact lists

  • Assist with monitoring aircraft tracking system and manual track the aircraft as needed

  • Invoice processing for Aerial Patrol and Encroachment groups

  • Other special projects as required

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 – 4 years of related experience, preferably with budgets & forecasting, report preparation & review, purchasing & receiving, inventory, and outside vendor management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Can communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Organized and efficient
  • Strong computer skills (some SAP experience preferred)
  • Works well independently and can equally excel as a collaborator within a team
  • Strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude
  • Able to adapt well to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities
