Principal - IT SAP Supply Chain (MM/WM/IM/PP/QM)
Key member of the configuration team responsible for the functional design, configuration, and validation of the SAP solution supporting logistics modules in an engineer to order environment.
Ability to work on enterprise solutions and support legacy innovation challenges
Opportunity to complete a holistic solution by defining functional design gaps and solutions for objects to add to the system.
Facilitate training sessions for the users where appropriate.
Insure appropriate support and new development documentation is followed (i.e. scope, design, test plans, issues and cutover lists, project plans).
Demonstrate effective team skills with strong oral and written communications and deliverables.
Facilitate the issue resolution process by tracking the status of issues in process.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience
Direct SAP experience designing and implementing SAP MM (Materials Management) and LE (Logistics Execution) solutions
Full Lifecycle SAP Implementations with expertise in MM/IM/WM/PP/QM
Very strong SAP inventory and warehouse management experience
Demonstrated SAP PP configuration experience, including: Master Data, Planned Order, Process Order, ETO, and S&OP
Sound functional and technical experience in QM module
Inter-company/Intra-company STO process
Understands SAP best-practices, business processes, operational procedures and the relationships between PP - MM - WM- IM Modules.
Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Strong project management, configuration and design skills
Must have a demonstrated strong desire to excel and be committed to building eminence
Familiarity with SDLC processes such as Agile, Waterfall etc.
Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
- The Principal IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant job related experience.
- A Master's degree in related field is desirable.
- Previous experience in Midstream Oil & Gas industry is a plus
- Previous experience supporting Project Systems in an Engineer to Order environment is a plus
- SAP Certification is a plus
