Background Checks


Background checks will be mandatory on all c-store personal as of 01/01/2021.  Prior to 01/01/2021, C-Store employees were not required to pass a background check.  The current CIA(background vendor) receives data from the onboarding system for Energy Transfer hires.  The interface has been enhanced to include the c-store new hires once the new hire onboarding process becomes active at the beginning of the 2nd QTR of 2021.  The interface enhancement will order the correct search for c-stores and the correct search for all of the rest of ET.
An enhancement has been added to the CIA interface on 1/7/2021.
