Director - Division Account
Summary:
Manage a team of division and account managers representing approximately 1200 direct and 1200 distributor supplied locations primarily in the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest regions of the United States. Role requires a willingness to problem solve and drive efficiencies to facilitate further growth. The ideal candidate will have a hunger to learn as the role will touch on all aspects of the business including customer relationships, finance, legal, real estate, pricing, and business development. Interpersonal skills are a must. Fostering relationships with customers as well as coaching your team of Account Managers will be a daily activity. Sales and Growth
o Drive EBITDA through acquisition of distributor business and existing dealer-owned, dealer-operated business
o Responsible for profit and loss of entire region
o Deliver budget expectations for your region
o Proactively manages renewals of existing customers
o Ability to create and manage a high performance oriented organization
o Recommends and implements strategy for region(s) managed that delivers increased EBITDA, free cash flow and organic sales growth
o Recommend capital expenditures intended to deliver exceptional returns
o Owns annual budget development for region
Operations
o Manage all areas related to region including but not limited to:
o EBITDA Growth
o Customer Relationships
o Standards management and delivery
o Employee Training and communications
o Development and management of a highly performing team
o Employee Development and Succession Planning
Customer Relations
o Cultivate relationships with dealers and distributors
o Provide superior customer service by responding efficiently and in a timely manner including outside of normal business hours
o Represent Company interests with the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements:
o Bachelorβs degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
o 12+ years of experience.
o A minimum of seven (7) years management experience.
o Ability to travel 50% of the time.
o Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.βββββββ
o Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn various other systems utilized including:
o Business Intelligence & SalesForce
o Possess exceptional customer relations skills.
