Coordinator - Carrier Compliance

Summary:
Successful candidate will be responsible to control access to Energy Transfer’s product terminals in accordance with Energy Transfer’s policies regarding Terminal Access Agreements, as well as the timely entry and maintenance of insurance certificates, cargo tank tests, and Terminal Access Agreements. In addition to meeting commercial requirements, access control is required by our HM232 security plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Working under the management of the Supervisor of Terminal Data Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following job duties:
- Setup and maintain new carriers in the Toptech Terminal Automation System (TAS).
- Assist in maintaining the communal department e-mailbox.
- Send out and maintain Terminal Access Agreements for all carriers in the Toptech system.
- Review, maintain and update vehicle tests and insurance expirations in the Toptech system.
- Work with Terminal Operations to provide information related to carrier for incident investigations.
- Maintain departmental spreadsheets for various initiatives.
- Maintain and distribute the Approved Carriers listing to customers and to Energy Trans terminals.
- Backfill for Data Admin personnel as necessary.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must have strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Must have the ability to re-prioritize workload when necessary.
- Working knowledge of computers and standard operating systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in terminal trucking operations.
- Toptech experience preferred.
