Analyst - Real Estate
- Execute lease renewal / extensions / restructures
- Assist in the creation of real estate documents and perpetually improve existing templates (e.g. Purchase & Sale Agreements, Sale Agreements, Lease Agreements, Lease Amendments, Estoppels, SNDA Agreements, Easements)
- Support Sr. Manager, Real Estate with Administration, Portfolio Optimization, and various other Real Estate activities
- Assist with integration of mergers and acquisition portfolios
- Act as a liaison for corporate reporting obligations
- Work closely with title companies, consultants, brokers, and attorneys across various types of transactions
- Create report templates and routinely provide Sr. Management Team key portfolio real estate information
- Assist in handling Right of First Refusal inquiries, perm close maintenance obligations, notices of violations, s, condemnation activity, and real estate tax related investigations.
- Coordinate the “divestment process” from start to finish
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of related experience required, preferably with Commercial Real Estate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit – strong sense of ownership of the work and ability to “get things done”
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
- Professional experience in Commercial Real Estate preferred
- SAP experience is a plus

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
