Analyst - Procurement
Maintain e-procurement systems from sourcing to settlement.
Provide guidance, testing, and implementation on the standards, policies and rules that are appropriate to the delivery and implementation of new processes and systems for conversion to SAP.
Design and deliver workshops/seminars/training events to communicate e-sourcing and contract management strategy and tools to the purchasing community and key stakeholders.
Lead the e-enablement of the supply chain through effective engagement and communication; designing and delivering supplier awareness programs and events to gain the “buy in” of key suppliers.
Manage and monitor interfaces between Sciquest, Maximo, legacy financial systems and new financial systems (SAP).
Solicit advice regarding procurement processes and protocol and applies appropriate solutions to solutions.

Bachelors degree in IT or Business with an IT minor/emphasis

Minimum years of work experience: 2+ years

Knowledge/skills: Data analytics, sourcing, procurement systems, and customer service

Training required: Business software applications: MicroSoft Office, Ariba or other purchasing software

Training recommended: SAP conversion experience, Accounting conversion tables, and systems troubleshooting
