Analyst-6
POSITION SUMMARY
The Ticketing Analyst abstracts data elements from multiple information sources, interfaces with the assigned customer base for validation, reconciliation, and billing, makes edits as required; assists with data integrity checks; generates, copies and distributes reports as directed by management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Perform data entry of operational information from worksheets and other data collection and reporting tools. Accurately enters all data into applicable source ensuring timeliness and prevention of backlog.
• Validate run ticket data to ensure full reconciliation.
• Coordinate correction tickets as necessary.
• Timely and accurate billing of assigned customer base, including following up on outstanding balances.
• Attend meetings at request of leaders and provide feedback for analysis that is provided as part of the effort from the Accounting Team. Perform appropriate follow ups in a timely manner.
• Ensure coordination of files (electronic and paper) and meet deadline demands for organizational needs and external reporting requirements.
• Maintain positive interaction with department staff as required for communication concerning data entry status or other information concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years in similar role preferred, but not required
• Midstream or transportation experience preferred
