Lead Specialist - Executive IT Client Support
- Provide technology support for executives, including c-level, at work and remote locations.
- Assist executives and VIPs with understanding IT security policies and provide user-friendly, simple, standard solutions complying with those guidelines. Works with other IT teams as needed to achieve effective solutions and compliance.
- Recommend technology to facilitate board meetings (e.g. Director’s Desk) or other executive requirements.
- Work with IT teams to assist in the design and support of configurations for remote offices (e.g. China, executive properties) complying with IT security and network requirements.
- Provide international travel support which includes communicating security considerations, advise on international cellular service, etc.
- Collaborate with corporate services and IT teams to design and recommend a/v configurations, utilizing compatible current technology yet easy-to-use by any employee. Partner with Corporate Services in managing the annual a/v budget.
- Technical lead on refresh projects, scheduling the work, ensuring equipment is ordered and retired timely and following process.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- The candidate must have 8+ years of experience in IT including experience supporting and communicating with Executive members of a corporate organization.
- Strong knowledge and support skills in all IT disciplines as this person may be the sole IT resource in some situations.
- Experience assisting VIP’s and C-level executives with Technology both at work and remote locations.
- Must be able to travel as needed in support of Executive team to include all meetings.
- Have or be able to obtain a valid passport.
- Vast knowledge of AV.
- Expert cellular technologies skills (Apple and Android).
- Have a good understanding of network design and server relationships.
- Have a good grasp of telephonic sets including VOIP and older technologies Avaya and Mitel.
- Be fluent in iOS, Android and Windows platforms.
- Familiarity with Security and related technologies (Biometric and magnetic).
- Possess a strong understanding of Cyber Security and its impact.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills and have experience around and communicating with Executive members.
- Must be trustworthy of handling confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
