Consultant II
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Ability to follow directions for all facilities maintenance and or repairs in the areas of fire safety/inspection, carpentry, painting, plastering, mechanical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing for the company’s facilities.

Must perform routine and preventative maintenance based on production requirements to minimize production disruptions, equipment failure, downtime, and corrects any unsafe conditions.

This position involves a wide variety of job conditions and the possibly of off-hour responsibility for plant facilities, which are unique to the Facilities Maintenance function.

Performs a variety of tasks.

Ability to perform and ensure all safety issues/concerns are addressed with Supervisor for resolution in areas below:
-
Site safety
-
Site maintenance
-
Equipment maintenance
-
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Ability to work with all tools pertaining to the job at hand.

Must adhere to company policies and procedures
-
Works under immediate supervision.

Ability to perform “hands on” duties as required.

Performs other functions/duties as required.
Required education or minimum level:
-
High school education (GED
Experience:
-
3 - 4 yrs minimum in the field or in a related area.
Software Knowledge:
-
Basic Computer skills, and/or other required software
Skills:
-
Ability to repair all types of mechanical equipment, perform simple structural repairs, and perform preventive maintenance schedules as directed, which will maximize the availability of production equipment and facilities throughout the plant and office areas.
Physical Power: Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and safety work boots.
Mental Power: relies on instructions in terms of what and how work is to be done, as well as why it is done, within established policies and procedures.
